Playing on Repentance(not Rep+) and I cant bomb the devil statues ... I was able to like a year ago when also using this mod. Is it now broken?

maybe make the key pieces give you one black heart so you cant die from it?

@egg No mods work on rebirth lol, AB+ was the first DLC to have modding support, though this mod requires Repentance, I'll add that to the description now oops

does this mod not work on Rebirth? It doesn't seem to say which platform it is for, though I find myself unable to bomb the devil statues for the keys.

Yeah, the mod is cool, but I came across 2 problems during my playthroughs.

1: The devil key isn't classified as a story item, so it can be effected by Glitched Crown, Sacrificial Altar, Reverse Star, etc.

2: Krampus can practically fucking obliterate your entire run just by existing. I suggest disabling Krampus' ambush if the player already has a Devil Key in their inventory.

That's all the complaints I have, i hope it's not a bother to implement these changes.

would a configurable option get added? i really dont like that we get locked in THAT path specifically. I miself deleted myself a while ago and playign it all again while only having polaroid makes this useless

Would it be possible to add the function to combine one Angel Key Piece with a Devil one? It is kinda Infuriating that the Angel Key Piece is still partly reliant on the luck that your second Deal is not a Devil Deal. Combining to pieces could also address the criticism of locking in a specific route ^^

This is a cool idea, but I'm not sure about the devil/angel key locking you into taking the dark/chest route? I like the freedom to choose either angel/devil and dark/chest

yeah so this mod makes the damn "Press c to open dead sea scrolls menu" text show up at the bottom of the screen and theres no way to get rid of it, just gonna use an alternative mod for now

Small thing. But the keys price doesn't change with steam sale + keeper/pound for flesh. And i think it also doesn't change from soul hearts to red hearts and back when your HP changes, like when taking other deals.

I was unable to pick up the second devil key piece with tainted forgotten, i had a bone heart so that is what it requested as payment, but moving over the key piece did nothing.
Not sure if this *only* happens with tainted forgotten + bone heart or not.
Also changing the key deals to free didn't fix, the key was just sort of blended into the ground
