is it just me who cannot use the commercial assets in themes?

As an aside, lower level options could also include -
Fire Station (like King Street in Aberdeen)
Child Care
Bus Depot (like Gordon Street in Paisley)

Finally, the 1x3 buildings are ideal for Elementary School, as the upper levels would not need to be residential, so there is no mixed use
Similar for Eldercare, with some of the larger buildings

This is a great collection, nice to see revisions and new alternatives

However, these latest ones are in effect mixed use
Whilst the ground level is the zoning type (commercial, medical, and so on) the upper residential levels are ignored
There are some fixes or options for this

My solution is to pause the game, then search RICO for an identical residential building, and to then merge them!
Example -
Blo CH1A (zoned or Find It)
Blo RH1A (Find It and then Move It with anarchy and snapping on into position)

Sadly this results in two issues
One - when viewed closeup it is quite obvious they are two buildings merged together as the ground floor looks very strange
Two - Trying to view the stats is quite difficult

Therefore, would it be possible to have a split combination?
One range of ground level (commercial, medical) and a second range from the first floor upwards (residential)
As the original buildings are RICO and not zoned, placement is then at the local level (user)
