I also didn't encounter her at all. I have the mod on for about 4-5 Months now. I have been going alt path in like 40% of my runs. Kinda confused why I have NEVER encountered her.

@Ronysu we understand that she may not be as hard as other modded TBOI bosses, particularly alt floor ones, but in the context of the vanilla game a lot of the team is happy with her difficulty as-is. This may change in the future, but I don't see a reason to buff her.
