Is this mod compatible with mod which make stack size like 128x with lua ? Cauz for me and my friends it doesn't work and bring an error like "maximum packet size exceeded" .

Feature request; similar to Carryonaire's

Make the "Merge Stacks" button usable from a crate you are currently holding to merge any possible items inside it and filling storage containers with the same items in a cabinet; iirc the mod is already able to recognize the storage containers with what's in their first slot.

@Carryonnaire supposedly this mod does what you are looking for...

Feature request: put same items into container
If a container only has iron, then it will collect all iron from cabinet and put into that container (if enough space).
Toggled options:
- also put items from inventory
- also from tool belt
- also from pockets (medic outfit)

UI is malfunctioning and taking effect

The UI doesn't work at all for me even when it's enabled

Mod seems to have a tendency to stop working and with it also Fabricator UI then stops working.
Error has to do with
Attempt to perform operations with resources owned by different scripts.

please do not force-load this mod. it's terrible practice especially when it's broken. like right now.

Doesn't work even with the "reloadlua" command and the "cl_reloadlua" doesn't work as well. Is it because the 1.0 is not up and stable?

I'm glad this still works so far as I can tell. There is one thing I really badly want added that will make the mod 10x more useful for me at least. Merging items will merge items outside of storage containers (or any containers in a container) onto other items inside of the storage containers.

Or better yet just an option to put all items on the outside of storage containers into the storage containers that have items that match. Such as a storage container with iron and steel will be given all the other iron and steel in the large steel cabinet.

Is it just me, or does no amount of sorting actually move anything into empty spaces? It reorders things within the already occupied space of a container, but it doesn't touch any empty spaces.

It also does not work when viewing a container side by side with something like a fabricator, even though the sorting tab appears above the linked container.

I have windows 10 too; you do need to install "Client-side Lua" on yr machine. To do that you *have to* do the instructions under "Installing Client-side Lua" section in the "Lua For Barotrauma" mod page. I mean maybe you're used to installed mods the normal way but for Lua For Barotrauma, that particular set of steps is unavoidable.

Did you install Lua properly?

does not work for me.
i tried reinstalling both, lua and ur mod. still doesnt show sorting buttons. consol says lua not found after typing: cl_reloadlua

I never intended this mod to reduce lag, so probably not. It may possibly produce lag as a side effect, and although I've never tested how much, I've played the game with my mod enabled and have not observed noticeably bad performance, even though I have a low grade computer.

does this possibly reduce lag?
