honestly, the only feedback I can give is adding Christmas baubles where the grenades usually are (as the bandoleer is still there), and maybe adding the soldier emblem to the sleeves.

outside of that, its fantastic!

Well that was an embarrassing read

If this were added to one class or the other, and parts of the character were still visible, that would be perfectly fine. I just think that a combination of this being multi-class and completely covering up the identities of the original mercs is where the main issue lies.
I think the modelling is good but I think toning down the amount of coverage would do it well.

I see that many people are attempting to ping me so I guess I'll dig my argument out of the grave again.
Sure, Solider has his animations and Heavy has his, but the cosmetic set completely covers up the face and whole chest area of both classes, which goes against the rules that cosmetics like this have been following, which is leaving at least some parts of the class visible so they can be recognized not only as their class, but as TF2 characters. If TF2 had skins in the game, this would be a good skin. But TF2 does not do full-body replacements, which is what the set is doing. I just think the set goes too far- if it pulled it back a bit, it may be pretty good.

@I ate all the cheese #SaveTF2
Since when did Heavy ever use a Rocket Launcher, and when did Soldier use a Minigun?

Thats something you'd only see if you play on a Randomizer server.

This reminds me of Steve Claus from Arthur Christmas

a nice break from the typical smissmas self-made bait that's flooding the workshop rn. this actually looks cool, even if the hat has a lil too much going on imo

I am sure that the rocket launcher, or even the soldier animations, will make that clear.

I seriously cannot tell if this is soldier or heavy. That is a big issue.

The fur and buckle looks fine (although the fur is perhaps a bit noisy with darker paints), it's just the red and blue areas that I'm not much a fan of.

I don't know about the coat, it feels way too simple. The camo part looks fine, but the rest of the coat's colors look too solid without much detail. The red/blue areas also look plastic-like (BLU), and glossy-like (RED), due the way the lighting bounces on it, maybe the glossiness could fit in some way, but with the lack of detail all around, and solid colors, it looks a bit weird right now.

Maybe some shadowy areas, or some gradient, could fix the problem, I don't know. This might be just a me thing.

Maybe I'm just used to the default textures and how low-quality it looks on Soldier, due to its low resolution. Perhaps a different type of class emblem could be placed to eliminate that "emptiness" problem.

I do like the hats, though.

The shirts are cool, but as for the head cosmetic, i feel it gets a bit to far for Soldier imo, perhaps the beard and hair, still well made.
