its a playermodel, you can get it in context menu's player model menu. You don't need anything else.

i downloaded this and all it gives is the ragdolls, how do I access the actual animations. Plus in the character model menu it doesnt show up. do I have to download something else aswell?

while in game hold c and press "player model" button, then you can select a character. You need to respawn after selecting
