i would reccomend you add a style where the mettalic surface is a flat color texture
and to the people who say this is completely new character, have you seen the pyro cosmetics ?
add soho slouth and wandering wraith and you will also change pyro in to "new character" although less stylish one.

The suit is good, i mean really. But helmet and backpack is just looks so out from the character (pyro).

That is due to VALVe's polycount and texture limit being too restrictive. It would possibly be better if it had a higher texture res and polycount.

Looks okay in the render, looks absolutely dreadful on the in-game models. No thanks.
