Si, se pone con mods, de otro modo, aquí mismo en la descripción de la workshop hay un link para descargar la version sin la calle. Descargas el .crp y tiras el archivo en la carpeta de mods de cities.

It's a pity to hear that, the front overlaps with the road because it's supposed to be placed with the help of mods.
But in any case, soon i'll drop a version for people who plays vanilla(No mods).

I'm having issues with this building - the front of the lot overlaps the road when I try to place it - which makes it not usable.
I have taken screenshots too from the game - will try to link them here:

These show the building near the road - and when it is apparently tried to be placed on the road.
