For example Im playing the Mod Realms of Exether and it boasts lots of little nations with their own subcultures which based on what you mentioned in your mod slow the game a lot. Im therefore looking for something that could help the issue, I don't wanna stop playing this mod as it gives a completely new perspective that lets you build your own nation without having to worry about the power of the established nations.
