Can you do a version of this, but as an apartment? A semi welcoming reception desk, all the floors have little detail other than garbage expet for one. All the rooms are kinda furnished expept one, the one your meant to move into, and a creepy basement with a VERY loud washing machine?

Just checked and I get no frame drops looking around at spawn. It's most likely one of your addons or settings.

dude this is phenominal it reminds me of those massive small town church basements that would be filled with books and stuff for kids. one thing though is that i wish there were more rooms its a tad small, but otherwise great job. also i got spooked lol.
