Very good mod, but it would be nice to have a version without changing the trolls' weapons or shape, I like the normal ones from the base game

Ediit, its actually the helmet that goes wild, and it seems to be mostly distance that sets it off.

If im zoomed in super close no glith, pull back just a bit and the helmet for black orcs gets wild

Love this mod, but I seem to have anissue with black orc bosses, at certain camera angles their weapon graphic warps and becomes a huge weirdly angled mass. happens on both campaign map and in battle.

Hey, testing this mod out in battle out and the Stone Trolls are not loading right, they don't look like screenshots and when pan camera out they turn blank with no colour or details.

@Storesiem Soooo Azhag's porthole in diplomacy is now... a dwarf... but talks like Az.. What kind of abomination is this? Haha Just kidding to be honest I'm running like 130 mods right now so thought I'd throw it to your attention just in case something in this mod is off. If it's just me then that is understandable love everything you've done with this mod though I have all your factions and looking forward to what you do next!

I love this mod, it has a lot of variety of units, weapons and the best thing is orc bosses. But since the last DLC the chainmail of the orc crossbowmen is repeated a lot in all the orc units (spearmen, big guys, boars). Huge greetings and thanks for your time :steamhappy:

Update
- added new orc eyes to savage orcs and shaman
- changed a torso on orc boys
- changed warboss variant 14 & 15 (also porthole unit card)

This is no longer compatible with greener greenskins mods. Both the compatible reskin only version and the base greener greenskin mod. Before Khorne DLC 6.0 this mod used to be semi-compatible with greener greenskins. I remember goblins arms were black when both mods were activated and some weapons were vanilla. Other than that it did work together.

I just want to let you know you saved my Greenskin campaign! I was having fun with the new DLC until I decided to zoom in on one of the battles. That is when I realized that CA had decided to not put helmets onto ANY of the Greenskin units save for the elite units and lords. It was a complete immersion killer to the point that I almost stopped playing Gorbad even though I was turn 60-ish. While I am dissapointed with CA, especially since this was the Greenskin "rework" where it was the perfect time to re-skin older game models that didn't compare to newer factions unit arts. I am grateful for you that you took the time to do something like this. This is pretty much my first time using mods. Unfortunately, given how CA and the people that work there don't have the work ethic and dedication as say Larian studios (Baldurs Gate 3). This probably wont be my last! Anyways, thanks again:steamthumbsup:

Very nice update!

Is it intended for Black Orcs (Great Weapons) to be coloured fully black while Black Orcs (The 6.0 variants with shields) are coloured black and faction colour (for example, as the Ironclaw Orcs, they have red skulls as well red triangles on the shoulders)?

It looks very good! it would be cool to add some variation to the orc boys spears too, but i'm especially looking forward to your undivided reskin. It's the only Warhammer I race where I cannot find a good reskin on the workshop

Update:
fixed texture glitch and changed alot of models
- remade a bunch of black orc heads and recolor their heads to look like grimgor
- resized black orc shield & weapon (& added 2 more weapon & shield)
- all orcs now have new eyes
- remade/removed/fixed some/all orc heads
- added 2 torso to orc boys/big uns
- fixed some minor texture problems on lords/heroes using black orc armor

will update pictures later

@Storeslem I've been experimenting these past few days, such as reskinning and the likes, and, I just changed the stats of beings such as Bloodthirsters and Skarbrand, just to see if I could. And I figured that out pretty well, I'm learnin how this stuff works but any advice helps, such as yours which will certainly help.

@Ratling Rattington VXII its pretty straightforward by just adding one more line in each tables (in this mod) and a extra line in marthvs .lua mod table (also in this mod) it would also need a new porthole/unitcard and a new line in variantmeshdefinitions. the hardest part for new modders is the selfiehammer, its a bit complicated to explain but you need to make a new one and replace the 2 in this mod with a new one that has more variants. one in portholes and one in units (its identical files but there needs to be one in each portholes and units folder)

As an ameteur modder, I wanted to ask how you add more variants instead of just modifying the ones that already there.

Amazing reskin mod! but my normal trolls weapons are floating around their hands. Does anyone else have this problem? I do not think i have any mod affecting normal trolls texture so i think this mod is the cause with its minor weapon edits for trolls. Thanks
