Your Croatian Leagues are outdated (you have included 2021/2022 League names). Go to https://hns-cff.hr/ (there is an English version of the website there too).

@KAciejames - before heading to advanced settings, click the database tab. There you can tick the addon
@deJulian - this is a LEAGUE name fix, not club. Yeah we know we picked the wrong image for the thumb. Stupid Steam doesn't allow you to change it.
@Terranova - Please don't comment wrong information. Update works 100%, edits every active league in FM23.

@linense46 - Subscribing is not enough! You will need to add it to a new save ingame. Before starting a new save you should select addons right before you go into advanced settings. If you dont know how, please check our website for a more detailed explanation.

Hola, no me funciona. No me cambia ningún nombre de ninguna competición. No sé si sólo con suscribirme ya funciona o si debo hacer algún tipo de instalación posterior. Además, me pasa lo mismo con el otro mod de los nombres reales de clubs. Gracias!
