Yeah, it was an an addon- the three part HD Props Overhaul by Rymd. Uninstalling that fixed both the texture and model issues!

If you have all the games then I believe that it might be an addon you have installed messing with the textures, See if disabling everything works, otherwise I massively fucked something up and just haven't known for a year lmao

One of my all time favorite maps, it's really detailed and I love the trains! However, I'm missing textures on certain objects like others in the comments- specifically traffic cones, sand/concrete bags, trash cans and pipes- and presumably I'm missing button models by some of the doors in the warehouse. I have HLS & HL2, both episodes, CSS, TF2, and L4D2 all mounted properly. Any idea why these specifically aren't showing up?

The trains are a really nice touch. The map lighting is really cool and moody. Seems like a good map to make gmod animations in.

weird, the nodes don't shpw up with the nodegraph tool.

The map unfortunately doesn't work with Zombie/NPC Invasion+ since there are no info_nodes anywhere
