There once was a time when Chamber 13 was cool. Now it's kinda blah, especially when remade in Portal 2 (doesn't matter how it's remade).

Lighting is kind of blah, and breaking the elevator wasn't such a great idea imo (you just randomly spawn in the test chamber with no story or reason). Where's your projected texture?

Couple of notes: You should add an env_projectedtexture coming from the sky with shadows enabled and the models are black. I'm not sure if its how they are placed, but try an info_lighting for each object and attach it to the lighting origin for each model, might help.
