But I would recommend using the mod "No More Narrow Heads" instead of my mod because it disables the narrow head completly and so works for all beard mods but if this mods fits your needs im happy
Yes the problem are the Rimworld Narrow Heads, Facial Expanded only puts round heads over them but for the game they are still the narrow heads and so are the beards fitted onto them.

randomly poke at this mod and seems fix issue, didn't test other beards:

Seems like new faces more roundly/balloon like and default beards where hiden/clipped under face textures?
I only changed the Steam listing, I never put any dependencies into the mod itself only the loadorder, I saw some modder mention that its an Rimpy Problem, but If someone has a tipp how to resolve this I would try it
sadly not because Facial Animations uses the same Facetypes as Vanilla and even the Vanilla Pointy Heads have a Problem with fitting Beards.
Vanilla Textures Expanded - [NL] reduces the Headtype to only one per Gender
This is a problem the Gamedeveloper has to solve
