@Big Pasha The mod doesn't change any of that. The mod only ensures that when one of them reaches the finish line, Katarin automatically wins and confederate, even if Kostaltyn "won".

Kostaltyn is still getting 2 free points per turn, Kataryn isn't buffed i.e. this mod doesn't apply Its changes with 2.3 idk why.
nbd, I beat the race anyway, but I lose 1st buff and pay 5K
fyi I have only 4 mods, none of them changing Kislev mechanics: better camera, points of interest, 1 button respec and ultimate portraits.
