To kinda expand on what ώ Ǻ҉ ρ Ǻ҉ ƙȿ said, I find various colored bulbs but I can't use them through light-switches or when I apply them to lamps, the color effect doesn't apply. I'm not sure if anything could or would conflict with this especially in this way.

@Jhadaro Hello. Unfortunately, I've already tried to modify the behavior of these car bulbs, without success! :( And given that no mod has yet done this, I think it's impossible for the time being.

Thanks for the Mod, Any chance to add the colour light bulbs to cars in a future update? when you try to install them on the mechanics menu they appear as normal white bulbs.

i pick up some colored light bulb but it's not working

@Kafkatrap Hello. After some tests, this mod (Paint Bulb: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2399625152) works well to paint the bulbs with the paint pots. What you need to know is that there are only 9 types of colored lightbulbs and at least 15 different colors of paint. So not all colors are applicable to lightbulbs.

Yeah makes sense, otherwise there would definitively be a mod like that already.

@Kafkatrap I tried to add this when I created this mod but I think we can't. And I think that's definitely why there's no mod for it.

@PaddiSson_ another suggestion, one i haven't seen elsewhere: Being able to use coloured lightbulbs on vehicles.

@PaddiSson_ If you do, could you please make it a non-dependent sub-mod, so we can chose if we want to be able to paint bulbs ourselves, both with or without the increased spawn rate of the colored bulbs?

It'd be pretty cool if you could do the whole headlight recolor with colored bulbs like TurboTown said, then all you'd be missing is an underglow kit

How can I put green bulbs in my car's headlights? The game only lets me do white, is there some condition I'm missing?

i loveeee you for this mod. 6 months into my current save and NEVER found a colored lightbulb other than red/green. lighting/colors adds so much atmosphere to a base. thank you very much :)

@Delangel A light bulb can be added/removed from any light (lamp, wall mounted light) or vehicle, requiring a screwdriver only when removed from a vehicle. Good colored light !

@fish Only vanilla colored light bulbs but with more spawn locations and more chance to find some during your journey!

does this mod add new colored lights or does it let you use colored lights you can find in base game
