RangerB @ there is no secret, you need to subscribe to the main mod and the repainting mod. The color changes in the mod window by clicking on the spray paint icon.

I have a question on this mod; for some reason I can see the billboard no problem in my mods/memorial section, but I only ever have one poster skin - I cannot see or find all the other poster skins. Is there something special I must do to see other skins? Any advice on what I am doing wrong?

sanjika@ I understand what you are talking about. But in the 80s there were no trade posters. I'll make a few if you link to them in the next comment.
