I have an issue where the family tab and the vassal tab are open at the same time in the character screen. are there any known conflicts or issues with this mod that cause this?

This is the kind of mod that Paradox must bring in CK4, if not in another update in CK3? I hate that my character is an omniscient god that knows who is Mongolian steward's goddamn wife.

How do I request military advice?

I see the tooltip when I hover over it on the character, but can't click anything to get the info.

I don't see an interaction or scheme when I right click the character portrait. Is this a bug?

I am unfortunately having the same problem as NotSoPro.

@KingObilly, if I have found the correct file, the last few lines of the error.log file is

"[10:49:43][E][pdx_gui_factory.cpp:1576]: Could not find widget 'raidable_holding_widget' in file 'gui/map_icon_layer.gui'
[10:49:43][E][pdx_assert.cpp:619]: Assertion failed: Failed to create map icon widget"

But there is a bunch more. It's a long file.

@NotSoPro Do u only use these two mods? Copy and paste the last few lines of error.log file here when any game crashes again.

Nice work on the patch! Has anyone used dark ages with this mod recently? I have a game that's gone for about 2 hours with those two mods together and it now crashes constantly. Does anyone know how DA behaves with other mods in general?

There is also a bug that causes the game to crash when turning raid mode on. If anyone has a fix for this that would be great! this mod makes or breaks the game for me so really hope it gets fixed!

I found the issue of broken view for Ruler Family and Vassals Tabs overlapping. Paradox renamed the “Vassals” tab ID to “Subjects” in the latest CK3 patch, so any mod GUI still using “vassals” will try to open both panels at once. To fix it:

1) Locate your mod’s window_character.gui (e.g. …/your_mod/gui/window_character.gui)
For me it was at: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1158310\2874007571\gui\window_character.gui"
2) Do a find-and-replace: change every 'vassals' occurences to 'subjects' and CV_TAB_VASSALS to CV_TAB_SUBJECTS.
3) Save the file and close the editor
4) Enjoy the game

It is possible.

I would have loved to use this mod that adds a challenge to games that can sometimes be too easy, but I play in a language other than English.

It's impossible to get the hidden information properly.

Can't wait to try this on a future run.

The mod might be updated after PDX lauches all coming updates and patches since I do not think I can be updating the mod every other week.

I tried to fix it but i don't have enough knownlege so maybe another one could try?
