Just tested in 3.10.4, still works.
It is a really simple and stable mod. I expect it to work in the next 5000 years lol

这个可以自己改的
在common/country_limits/ownership_limits/00_ownership_limits.txt.里面删除关于泰坦titan的参数，然后去common/country_limits/ship_of_size_limits/00_ship_of_size_limits.txt,里面把关于泰坦的内容都删了。你也可以在这里面随意设置主宰和巨像的上限。翻译星ノあみりあちゃん

You can mod it yourself this version..
Go to common/country_limits/ownership_limits/00_ownership_limits.txt. delete parameters with titan
then, go to common/country_limits/ship_of_size_limits/00_ship_of_size_limits.txt, also delete everything about titan
Done. And you can set limits of jugg and coloss as u like:)

按照我的理解应该还能用，这个mod仅对原版泰坦有效，加了武器或者区段都没事，但如果修改了泰坦的船只定义就不行了

If you have mod that defines a new type of ship, no matter it is called Titan or not, this mod would not work on it. This mod only works on vanilla Titan definition.

如果有mod复写了country limit里的文件就会覆盖此mod，把这个mod放在下面可能可以解决
If another mod also changes the country_limit, it will cause this mod not working. Putting this mod lower in the mod list may solve this problem

Honestly Adding Limmits to the Space Warfare is overly idiotic.
The Type 2 Civilisation on Kardashev Scale or Type 3 should not and would not have any problem with assembling enourmous fleet of large warships.

对AI有效果，但AI不会疯狂造泰坦，原因是AI会按照固定的舰种比例组建自己的舰队，不会像玩家一样全队战列，全队泰坦

Probably check your other mods. This mod does nothing with ai ship spawn logic

Currently this mod still works fine.
I will update this mod as soon as 3.6 releases.
I know that beta test for 3.6 has been released, but is it only semi-finished.
