Could it make the turn time slower incentivising razing options ,which is proven to make turn times slow and liberating (so mantaining in the end a large number of factions on the map constantly)?

Hey Aurelinus, this MOD also includes the possibility to exchange settlements? If not I think is a must in order to work with allies and client states. Thanks for the MOD :)

Does this mod also allow for Huns to settle, or are they still nomadic by nature? Not that I mind either way, the idea sounds interesting. Thanks for the mod!
