when selecting green make sure to use shift or cntrl select so you select all the green parts.
In photoshop you'll want to disable contiguous to have the same effect.

That and a little bit of feathering your edges will make ur promos nicer!

I agree that the dark purple texture lacks something, but i cant figure what, ill be trying to improve that. And the green/yellow-ish texture maybe seems bright, but these are colours that already exist in the game (based on green/yellow paint cans)

That grayish texture is kinda strange, the purple seems too flat and solid, the green seem way too bright in some places and the lines texture maybe should be the texture that occupies less space than the other textures.
