Pretty sure this is a bridge mod between The Program and Covert Infiltration and thus requires both mods and I don't think Covert Infiltration is compatible with LWOTC due to how both mods heavily affect the overall gameplay. So as to answer your question, probably not.

It seems this bridge mod is responsible for crashes of my game. Not sure if it needed an update.
