They look rundown in the pictures but they've recently renovated the whole square recently so they look very fresh in reality today

excellent! I'll give it a try. I've been demolishing my city to focus more on detail than density and fencing like this make an area look so much more nicer!

@NA4U - I updated this pack. It now includes a pillar element, which allows you to create partitions.
