@Murranji the all in one version shouldn‘t be used with blessings of the lady or this submod at all

If the intention is for all in one to be standalone without unit upgrades it might be worth taking out the brt_salvage script from that mod entirely, or if it is meant to include it then to fully implement it including defining the tables in the function and making sure the database side matches. But I'll leave it up to you guys based on what you prefer.

This is also probably the reason why officepins below was saying the all in one compilation was removing the blessings. If that mod was overwriting your brt_salvage script due to load order then it would not have been able to access the correctly defined tables in the listener_brt_salvage_unit_upgrade_tech listener.

Hi Dan, I ran into Lily's Bretonnia "all in one compilation" mod throwing a script error while trying to debug a users script log.

An issue was the brt_salvage script in the "all in one compilation" doesnt have the tables for the factions and tech defined within the script, which differs to the other version of the brt_salvage you have in the DD_brt_blessing packfile.

Since the tables were undefined within the all in one compilation brt_salvage script I suggested she take out those functions since she didnt have any obvious upgrades within the all in one compilation, otherwise it will keep causing a script error on new game startup.

@OfficePins there was a lock reason missing for the artillery upgrade, but other than that the unlocking through technology is working fine

It seems that the technologies enabling the blessings are no longer working (the blessing affecting archer range and the one giving grail knights ward save for example). Only having the 4 mods enabled.

Also the all-in-one compilation removed the blessings altogether.

I'm going to blame the Steam Workshop and/or my own ineptitude. While I admit that my testing yesterday wasn't particularly thorough, I decided today that I was going to do some proper troubleshooting since I really wanted to play a Bretonnia campaign and so I started with forcing an update of all the mentioned mods again - something I had done before my last comment, to no avail - and... that time it just worked, and whatever the issue was resolved itself.

Apologies for the false alarm, and thank you for the clarification regarding the Piety UI.

@Ace of Hearts can't reproduce this. My game doesn't crash with this mod setup. The second issue you mentioned is because the overhaul uses the old method to add the resource to the topbar while blessings of the lady does so with a script. It shouldn't cause any issues besides appearing twice

This submod does crash the game if you're using Lily's Overhaul Definitive Edition + Unit Pack + Blessings of the Lady + this submod. From my very amateurish attempts at figuring out why, it seems to be something to do with the technology_effects table as deleting said table allows the game to launch.

Also, using Lily's Overhaul Definitive Edition and Blessings of the Lady (with or without the unit pack + this submod) causes the Piety tracker to appear on the UI twice. That's something I don't recall happening before, but it has been a while since I last played with Lily's Overhaul so I'm not sure if that's a known issue/intentional.

@J.Maverick the all in one should already include Lily's version of blessings of the lady so making a submod for my version and the all in one is not needed

Thats my bad, i've not touched anything to do with the blessings since 6.0 came out and broke everything.

Would you be willing to make one that works with the all in one? I'm using it for coop campaigns as more mods means more instability

it is not supposed to be used alongside the all in one, just with the definitive edition and the unit pack. It also should have never worked correctly with the all in one even before the update

I added it with Lily's all in one overhaul and it caused crashes

@Dirty Dan thx for the quick reply; I'm using another mod bretonnia with guns, along with most of lily's mod, especially the damsel warrior mods, the foot knights by lily's mod as well, and dukes of bretonnia; anyways as I stated earlier as of 6.0 Its not really syncing up with your mod how much I try to code them together thus I gave up and had to unsubscribe to your mod lol anyhow your mod was good while I got the chance to use it in the previous version. If ever you find a way to fix the issue just give me a heads up I'll be the 1st one in line to try your mod and test it hehe

@dassh99 i think the unit pack was not yet updated for 6.0. The Blessings of the lady mod won't cause any CTD. I will update this submod if needed once I can load into the game with the unit pack checked

In my case what used to be compatible with ver. 5.3 of the last update and regarding this month's new update ver. 6.0 is not syncing together and CTD after game launches. Which is why I had to unsubcribe this mod. I unsubcribed to your two mods the other one is the BOTL - unit upgrades for Bretonnia.

@Sacha/ Lio if you are playing with the all in one mod from Lily make sure to use it alone as it already contains Lily's version of Blessings of the Lady. This mod is only for compatibility between the definitive edtition of the Bretonnia overhaul, its unit pack and the original Blessings of the Lady mod

my bad i did something stupid i was using blessing of the lady definitive edition with lily's all in one and buildings upgrade with piety and all was well, but i couldn't seems to teleport to repense's quest battle. So in my ignorance and moved my mods and dowloaded other mods to see if i was missing something, but i just fuc*ed up and made my game crash when i open it.
But i do still crash with the 3 mod i use when i teleport for the battle quest.
Again my bad and sorry english isn't my first language or second for that matter.

this mod does not work as of today a shame i really enjoyed it. I think i'm cursed every time i dl a mod the next day it's obsolete, Thanks again CA for always ruining my day

My mods are not meant to be used with SFO, only use the submods of my work that CYMLT made.

Thank you for your reply, but I have one more point to add. Opening SFO together with Lily's Bretonia Overhaul: Definitive Edition mod will not crash, and they are compatible. And Bretonia Mod Compilation: All in One has Blessings of the Lady: Definitive Edition, so opening SFO together with All in One will crash. However, opening SFO, Blessings of the Lady, Lily's Bretonia Overhaul: Definitive Edition, and Lily's Bretonia Overhaul Unit Pack Submod together will crash, but removing Lily's Bretonia Overhaul Unit Pack Submod will not.

@紫溯 well then it has nothing to do with the Blessings of the lady mod and is most liekely an incompatibility between SFO and the Bretonnia Overhaul

I am certain of this, as using only Lily's Bretonia Mod Compilation: All in One with SFO would also result in a crash

@紫溯 make sure you subscribed to all required mods for this, namely Blessings of the Lady, Lily's Bretonnia Overhaul: Definitive Edition AND Lily's Bretonnia Overhaul Unit Pack Submod. If one of those mods is missing this submod will crash your game on startup

When this mod is used in conjunction with SFO, opening the game will crash, while Blessings of the Lady - Unit Upgrades for Bretonia does not cause crashes. I also tested the Lily's Bretonia Overhaul: Definitive Edition mod, which does not cause crashes.

@EzUNreal yes, this compatability submod is for the default version of the blessings mod. If you want to use the Definitive Edition, which has different balancing, you won't need it.

Bretonia Overhaul and the Unit Pack have been updated a few hours ago, this Patch now seems to cause a crash when launching

the mod compilation already has blessings in it, it cant have both versions, I cant make miracles happen. Just subscribe to the mods separately, the compilation is just a series of mods glued together after all...

can this be updated to work with liliys mod compilation?

royal men at arm, skirmisher and hammer version are not workimg on my end... anyone ?

So I might have messed up somewhere, can someone help me figure out why I cannot use blessings of the lady specifically on men at arms longbows?

I'm in the same boat as Elijah. The game works fine with all the individual mods, but just doesn't like this one.

Is there any chance to get this mod updated? I love this mod but currently the game crashes if I turn it on

Alternatively you could make a Lily's Only mod that omits needing the unit pack. I did this in RPFM by just deleting the rows of upgrades for the unit pack units in the purchasable_effect_set table.

Could you please split the extra unit pack in this as a separate submod, like you do for the foot grail pack? There's currently no way to have unit upgrades just for lily's bretonnia w/out having to also install the extra units. Using this with just lily's & no unit pack causes a CTD on startup.
