Those are hands down one the best destinies I've seen in the mod section.
My thoughts on the balance. Destinies like God Slayer and Struggler have enough positive effects without the exp. Experience rate changes the flow of the game, it would've been nice to have a version of this mod without it.
Struggler I think that there should be either RES or CRIT rates increase, not both.
Unparalleled Genius does not have enough flaws for such huge boosts.
