So, his anims still aren't fixed. Now the first chapter of The Passing, his arms are now below the railing and at the finale bridge anims, arms still woble up and down.

I like this mod. Nice to see a good Makarov replacement for once. Just few improvements, though:
1. He's too shiny.
2. His expression is a bit...odd. like he's showing a toothy grin all the time. Maybe tone it down a bit.
