Thanks dj. Yeah, due to game editor constraints, I needed to fit most of my larger assets on smaller footprints.

I overcome this by using MoveIt! - though I'm partial to the detailer side of things. If anyone wishes to refit the assets to a larger footprint & upload, you have my full permission.

Great work! Can you or another creator can PLEASE make a post-war NYC apartment building, or a pack of them (example: https://www.google.com/maps/@40.5904261,-73.9665725,73a,35y,307.11h,54.23t/data=!3m1!1e3?)? These buildings are *everywhere* in NYC and would be a perfect addition to the workshop :steamthumbsup:

Someone shared the Spirit of Detroit sculpture for free on Sketchfab with a CC license... anyone know if I'm good to make it a prop in this game (with credit given)? I can make the colonnade/marble slab props, but not the statue lol
