The only one I'm fine with as is is Angelic Prism. Otherwise, Dad's Lost Coin I was fine with, it looks fine to me either way, Varicose Veins is a nice Biology reference, Belly Button looks a little too much like a pair of lips, and everything else I'm either middling or higher.

most of the items I hate and remove from the game are from AB+ like clicker, dataminer and plan c(ringe). It also added one of the laziest final bosses in the history of videogames that didn't even have an animation at first, and to this day is still in dire need of a rework. but hey, without AB+ there wouldn't be Fiend Folio, so it's worth it in the end.

@PyroRaider47 - AB+ was a lazy underwhelming DLC that hurt the game's reputation when it dropped, it deserves the spite lol

@PyroRaider47 i don't actually really have a hatred for EVERY afterbirth+ sprite but i figured if i was gonna be doing most of them i'd take a crack at respriting all of them. for fun

just out of curiosity what is it about all the afterbirth+ sprites that border you? I'd get if a good amount of item sprites you dislike just happen to come from afterbirth+ but just all of them just seems oddly specific too me.
