I got only one critique: change the material of the "eyes" part of the mask into glowing yellow!
And even better, make the glow to be affected by the paints!

"how it would even work on lesser pcs" chief it's an invisible texture that gets the uber texture, like anything else ... its not some new or exciting effect, its just a clever use for an existing thing.
