Interestiiiiiing. I do like the reference and the way it looks but it does need some tweeks, the biggest one being how dark the pants are, i would highly suggest making it a lighter colour but keeping the shoes the same. and as for the Jacket, i do think you should do the same with, make it lighter so it can better fit in with other items.
