@Acnolowgia in the XcomShadowResearch.ini file there are two lines. Set the ScienceBonus value to 0 and that should do what you want

So got a question- is there a way to set this up so it would give the speed bonus to the proving ground ONLY? I ask because I keep running into the problem of having far more PG projects than Research ones, and not being able to keep up the PG equipment rate to match the Research rate. Partially because I run with a LOT of enemy mods (latest setup being LWOTC/Mod Jam, plus a few others)
