Ok that seemed to work, but server crashed after last kill on wave 10, could this be because of disabled boss and boss minions?

You have to edit KFEngine.ini as some other mods need you to.
You can get help by the chat command "!cdh ini" or this official Steam guide .

These are recommended variables designed for Japanese community preference.
If you don't like these settings, ignore the message. It's not an error.

(I have a plan to add an option to change these recommended variables for each server.)

I found a bug and will share it.
Registering a username using non-alphanumeric characters in ToggleList in AdminMenu may corrupt the file.
The KFConbimedCD.ini file is converted to bina data, and countless NULL characters ("^@") appear in the file.
If you restart the server in this state, the file is initialized.

Possible solutions include:
・Open the KFCombinedCD.ini and setting "AuthorityInfo".
・It is recommended to back up the KFCombinedCD .ini.
