The trinket is too OP based on he description. There needs to be a downside. Other Sunward trinkets have powerful benefits but also considerable drawbacks, and they require careful strategizing before you equip them. This trinket, however, has no drawbacks at all.

My proposed changes:
1. remove the +10 ACC bonus
2. On Attack Hit: also add -30% damage debuff for 1 turn, and On Friendly Skill: -30% Stress Healed debuff for 1 turn. This way, the player would actually have to alternate between attacking/helping allies and would be punished for spamming attack or spamming stress heal.

We require information. What mod is required, so that people would easily get it? What does the trinket look like? What does it do?
