@Mike snd_restart dev console or bind KEY "snd_restart" replacing key with what keyboard key you wanna use to run this command

Yes, the stage 3 is just a practice stage

nice map! people in server liked it, a few points to note: music is a bit too loud, maybe reduce sound volume by 40% to avoid overlapping mic users, also the stairs after elevator seem to have spawn points that block player movement and can stuck them making them fall
