All map changes were made by editing lump files (.lmp). No edits were made to any bsp.
Other changes were made with vscript and mission file.
I use Bspsrc, I check for leaks, when I fix the leaks, it still says the same leak is still happening.
Unfortunately you can't, but you can ignore it.
If you don't have the others it just does nothing, you can ignore it.

I've read somewhere that Fairfield (the city that No Mercy takes place) was based on Philadelphia, thus making the police uniform based on the real ones
It's a problem on your side, the patch works fine.
Maybe an incompatibility with other mod, check your mods.
This still is compatible with No Mercy Apocalypse, try reinstalling the campaign.
And yes, we'll make the other "patches" eventually.
The TLS update gave the ability for police commons to drop nightsticks, thus removing the nightstick model off the police model

sorry to be of a bother again but i believe the hazmat charger's face is a little messed up here
There aren't any special tanks for the finales, except in Fairfield Terror which uses the beta styled skin.
