Pretty much yeah, i don't have the time to update it, the original mod by deeppurple1968 has been updated last year to V2 but i dont really have the skills, knowledge or time to fix and update the gmod port lol.

so the mod is abandoned?

yes, they are a model. This changes the texture of anything you can spawn.

Does this affect NPCs?

Could you add me and send me some pictures or a video? is it the blood decals when you shoot a ragdoll/npc? i noticed they are a bit smaller and more transparent than usual.. I did leave the upscaled bullet holes in the mod so that might be the issue.

It appears the blood decals turn into bullet decals, I do not have any mods regarding blood or decals.

I will be separating the models from the original addon soon when ever i have the time this year or next year, and i will try to fix it. So if someone wants only map textures or only model textures they dont have to download 10gb+ anymore.
