you need to change how the file are disposed inside the sound set to have some filex inside one and others inside the other one

Hey, is there a possibility to make the "classic dayz ambient music" seperate from the normal ambient music? For some reason they both play during the same time and it sounds weird.

The part called Suspense_26.ogg at min 12:55 , Was one of the most iconic parts of the music I have not heard that one in this mod, if you go to update it and add more from the clip to it please add that part.

i used most.of the tracks from the video u say, i played very poor arma mod so i dont know exactly what songs there was but 3/4 of the video is already inside

well inside the mod there is a guide on how to add custom tracks,
just follow it and you re good

People want the full Original DayZ Mod soundtrack in the game. Will just keep playing the youtube video on loop in background until someone finally can import the entire thing with this mod or another one.

Was only about 6 .OGG or so from the 35 .OGG sounds from that video. And a other sounds mixed in it not from the Original DayZ mod.

Yeah the DayZ OST — Ambient Music - by Darkie on YT has every part split into its original .ogg file, If you could split the entire video into multiple parts which does not have to be the full 35 .ogg files could just make the splits a little longer to reduce how many files are needed and add them to what you have already or a secondary choice for people to use. Being that is the most iconic sounds for original DayZ Mod Players, a lot of players been just playing that video in the background while playing the standalone DayZ but to have it in game with your mod would be awesome.

Well NM, the old DayZ Mod does not have them thought they had them when I last played it years ago in the folder., only way I found was the DayZ OST — Ambient Music youtube video. I do not see a place to be able to download the .ogg files.

That would be great alot of people would love the Original ambiance but think the only way to get the actual .ogg files is Download the Arma 2 DayZ mod which I can do if you do not have Arma2, Youtube has the actual entire thing but doubt a video would help. Seach DayZ OST — Ambient Music

Has anyone import the full OG Arma 2 DayZ mod Ambiance Music into this yet? this one has parts of the Dayz Mod music in it but not all of it and not the best parts.

After using this mod, the sounds of the zombies in the distance (their groans) while walking are gone. they now only make sound after seeing the player.

sounds start on death and continue till the end of the file, not regarding if you are on the Respawn Page or if Already Respawned

yeah this mod contains all that sounds + others + inside the mod you have a pre made config,cpp overrie to add your custom one ^^

Sorry if I wasnt clear, the mod I was referring to was the original DayZ "Mod" for Arma 2.
Remember the ambient sounds? I was hoping to bring that back to my namalsk server.

dont know what mod are you talking about but..
you can use your own songs too with a little of knowledge so definetely yes ^^

you have 2 manageable timer one for the "long ambience" and one for short
( you can use those 2 timer or just 1 to play your custom playlist track and efx )

Hey bud! Just a quick question, will I be able to use this for a namalsk PVE Server that wants to use the oldschool DayZ Mod ambience "music" ? And if so, aslong as I split the tracks, it can randomly play tracks at different times right?
