I'd use YNE if you want a realistic and challenging Empire diplomacy experience, fully featured. While I can kind of see how this COULD still be combined with a cheat mod and make SOME sense, I think the amount of users who'd want both combined is relatively low. My 5 cents @SUPCOM4566

I don't know if you know Cities Skylines, but it's kind of like using the mod Traffic Manager President Edition and asking there for a button that reduces traffic by 25% globally...

打了这个mod以后只有瑞克领和新任命的选帝侯领单位能无限招募，其他单位即使已经任命了对应的选帝侯也是锁定状态，这正常吗？还是说是和其他mod冲突了？
