@The Hunter - That's the idea. I may use parts of my old underwater base that was (ironically) broken by the underwater update. I also plan a command railway carriage like the ones I already have for civilian vehicles, and an aircraft for airborne command and signal relay. I am already experimenting with a quad AA turret to go with future bases.

Awesome work. Now hear me out, new underwater command base to control tactical sub and future attack crafts, so that enemy AI aren't attacking shipping container. At least until devs randomly add AI attack subs
