Your about folder is labeled "about"
This works fine in windows because it's case insensitive, but does not function properly on linux. Simple fix is to rename it to "About" with the capital A, as rimworld is coded to expect that.

Annoying we still have to deal with this issue, maybe one day ludeon will change the mod loading system to be case insensitive to account for this difference in file system case sensitivity.
