i wanted to do smooth displacement sand. but at the time. i couldn't make it look good. so just went with the blocky (maybe) more functional option.

i would of made it at the low tide setting. but i could not find enough still images of the place at low tides. and vids didn't help with how blurry the footage can be

idk why but I thought this map would be bigger than one New York City block. the image makes the map look bigger.
