I wish CA did not break most of big mods with all the hotfixes :D there's surely gonna be more active modding scene at the end of this game's lifetime when patches will relax a bit

look into buildings tables, there's one table that has boolean (checkbox) to disable certain building, I believe this mod disables vanilla building to facilitate new set of garrisons. If that's the case then just tick disable on modded building and remove it from vanilla building to restore it.

I don't have RPFM set to go at the moment so that's best advice I can give you right now :D

Norhing fancy buildings get autoconverted to nagarrothi instead of daemonic. Demon units probably stay in armies but cant be recruited anymore.

Hello, This mod was awesome however the 4.0 patch removed all the Lord and Hero skill perks for this mod it seems. All Hero's from this mod have no skills since 4.0. So they can't wound, Assassinate or use spells and the Lords remain with their vanilla skills. I didn't check to see if the technology research was still there, and the added Slaanesh units were still in my army roster.

Its all too unfortunate, I really enjoyed my brief time with this mod and had big ideas with it for my campaign. The added skills were amazing.

I also issue a warning here. This mod changes crucial paths in Warhammer 3 and can only be used if it always works with the current patch. If you use them anyway, they keep crashing your game.

my mod manager tells me this when i enable this mod: These packs overwrite CA data and should not be used when outdated:

I keep asking for a patch for Alshua's mod but no one cares. Both modders ignored me so far.

@mirakulas actually funny that. It was working fine for me too up until I noticed today that the cultists sort of clash now. I get both the one from this mod and the one from Alshua's, but it messes up the variants aspect, where only the cultists from this mod get the variant's, while Alshua's are stuck with the regular cultist look.

Rather than Lashmaster being the only source of Red Line improvements, it seems like it would make more sense for Slaanesh units to be distributed across it:

They are, yes. My perspective is coming mainly form the angle that they look un-elven, as well as take away a bit of uniqueness from the actual Slaaneshi faction.

It is - of course - entirely up to you, so don't take it as criticism, I merely wanted to say it out loud.

Not sure, you'd have to ask around. I've given her plenty of tools to have fun with. She'll be as strong as any other Dark Elf faction and from there it'll depend on how well you take to the combined roster in battles.

I would like to propose a potentially unpopular idea: remove soul grinders from Morathi's roster? As it is already essentially packed with two seperate races to choose from.
My argument is that it is the only one that looks very unfit and un-elven, and it will add uniqueness to the other true slaaneshi daemon factions.

Hi Morven. I recently started using GLF Battle Mage mod that makes mages shoot projectiles like fireballs and stuff like ranged attack. I really liked the idea so I made a patch between this and GLF Battle mage. I hope you dont mind if I publish the patch :)

This may be a bit of a daft question, but I play with vanilla + a few QOL improvements, and I thought this mod sounds damn cool! What level of difficulty would you recommend/how is it balanced vs. Morathi's neighbours/etc?

I usually play VH campaign/N battles.

Soporific musk is a contact effect, and units can only have one contact effect with their attacks. I made the soporific musk effect only apply to units (via a unit set) who don't already have a contact effect, otherwise the soporific musk effect from the general will override their vanilla contact effects they already have, like poison.

Hello, I noticed that several units don't receive soporific musk from the lord skill that enables it for all units in the army. Notable examples are Exalted Daemonettes, Doomfire Warlocks, Seekers, Sisters of Slaughter, and Kharibdysses.

I'm not sure, I haven't tested it. I know he did look at my mods keys in an effort to make some of his mods play nice with mine. I did have to change how some of my heroes work under the hood since then because of vanilla changes, which may have broken his efforts.

It's more to mirror the existing Dark Elf tech perks and where they ought to also apply to Slaanesh units. 6% comes from the early Witch Elf perk (bumped by 1% from vanilla 5%), and 10% comes from the late game end of tree Doomfire Warlocks perk. Could knock the second one down to 6% for the Slaanesh units, but it is an end of tree perk and reward for getting there. Have to remember too all the Slaanesh tech perks in the Slaanesh tech tree that the units are missing out on by the end game and which are covered by a smaller number of techs here to keep them on par.

I'm not sure on the daemonettes, they may be allied recruitment from AI alliances with Slaaneshi factions. The units_to_groupings_military_permissions keep the distinct military group keys for Morathi compared to normal Dark Elves, Morathi's military group (wh3_main_def_morathi) can recruit Slannesh units, the other Dark Elves (wh2_main_def) can't.

Note also Cult of Pleasure Rebels and S'Sildra Tor share the Morathi military group and can also recruit Slannesh units.
