is it possible to create it for the whole vampire count :D without sfo they´re not playable for me with 1.5 more for every unit it would be muuuch better:D

Each model has a set amount of health so more models does mean more total health for the unit. In order to keep the total health the same the mod would then also have to reduce the amount of health each individual model has and this mod doesn't do that. Maybe I'll start putting this in the description of these mods from now on haha.

There's a mod called The Bold 200% 300% Unit Size that sorta does that already if your looking for that.
