I don't know for NMRIH, but at least for l4d2 the priority is with the last none you sub to. You can try doing some tests to see if you notice any errors, you shouldn't.

Neato. Thanks, Skessler. Is there a way for me to have my game prioritise loading Fixed Prop Reflections over a vehicle reflection fix called "Nmrih Vehicles Texture Reflection Fix"?

it wont conflict with weapon material fixes because it doesn't affect any weapon.
It will collide with vehicle mods that replace the materials, but if they don't touch the model, then you will at least get the fix for the trucks you can see in the first picture. Also you will be getting all of the prop fixes.
So you can use this mod with any weapon mod, and if they are vehicle material mods, you can also use it, because the conflicts wont be game breaking, you will still be getting fixes.

Does this conflict with the other addons on the workshop that fix the vehicle normals? (specifically the weapon/vehicle material fixes)
