I agree, the skin is really well made.
The only critique I'd give for this one is to give the black texture something a little more than just flat black, maybe gravel or scaly-underbelly. That, along with the red. The stickers could also use some shadows or a sort of stroke-coloring to make them look more inset rather than just eyes on top of the warpaint.
