The KST-700 can only fire when the handbrake is on, the engine is running, and the safety switch has been flicked.

I've checked over the vehicle myself just now, and everything seems to be working just fine for me. All power is connected, all logic is still there, and both the driver's hatch and gunner's optic work just fine for me.

But, to answer your question about firing the gun, look down. The firing button ("pedal") is at your feet, as with some real tanks of and before its time.
