The cockpit view doesn't crash the game but does something very odd to the graphics. I've created a short video to show the effect which only happens when the train reverses (when the pantograph is at the back).
I normally use Vulkan Graphics but also tried it with OpenGL, it does exactly the same thing. If there's any other information that might help let me know and I'll try to get it to you.

I checked this problem, but didn't happen.
If you can, please play only this mod and check again.
I'm on the latest build (35304) and using the Nankai Moha2001 (cross-sheet with cooler).
Other than that, nice mod.
