popularity might be increasing but the game capabilities do not.
maybe once cities skylines 2 comes out this asset will fit it.

It's not a problem, it's just lack of information to present your own work as best as you can ;)
the game is quite limited and can't support large assets in bigger numbers (all depends on their tris count), so providing anything such as: triangle (tris) count/number (if you have used Blender, it will be displayed there after enabling it in its options) and texture size for both main and LOD models - if you have left LOD model to be automatically generated by the game, then either mention that or use Mesh Info mod to obtain it. You can use Chinese, that's not a problem here :)
