Could be more of an ArcCW issue. HUD stuff shouldn't be interfering with weapons, so it's most likely an ArcCW issue.

Black Ops 1 had specific fails/death quotes like, death by grenades, Nova 6 exposure, failing to be silent, ect. Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty 3, CoD4:MW, MW2, MW3 and MW2019 have war quotes.
It was set on purpose as a generic death message. It's now been removed and replaced with a random all quote.
When you die from fall damage, or explosions, the addon isn't registering that as a attacker entity, so it will fall back as nothing or a nil. So, I set a case if that was to happen, it would display a generic "You died" message.
